We offer you thorough and expert consultation on all aspects of thermal transfer printing. Our experienced sales and technical team brings many years of expertise. For demanding label materials, we conduct comprehensive print tests in our in-house laboratory.

Straight from order to delivery – seamless thermal transfer!
Order and Delivery
If you place your order by 12:00 noon via phone, fax, or email, you will receive an order confirmation the same day by email. Upon request, we can ship ribbons in neutral packaging with your return address and delivery note directly to your customers – a time-saving and cost-effective solution.
We guarantee secure packaging and delivery in perfect condition. Shipping is handled via our logistics partners, and express delivery is available for an additional fee. For particularly urgent cases, our sales team will be happy to provide an individual solution.
Payment terms and credit limits are agreed upon individually. The standard terms are 30 days net. Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.
Custom-labeled, safely packaged!
Labeling & Packaging
All rolls are securely packed in neutral slip boxes. Half-inch rolls receive specially adapted packaging in small folding cartons. To prevent damage from direct contact, the rolls are separated by foam inserts. In addition, they are packed in PE bags to provide optimal protection against dust and moisture.
Upon request, we offer the following special services:

Each roll and carton is marked with a production lot number, ensuring complete traceability.

Complaint
If you encounter any issues, please contact our sales team immediately, who will promptly initiate the necessary steps such as replacement delivery or return. Providing the order or reference number will help us process your request more efficiently.
In the case of quality defects, we require a detailed description (including printer, settings, label material, and application), the lot number, as well as sample(s) for illustration.
Please note that returns can only be accepted after prior consultation with our sales team.
