nbsp] is recommended for its extraordinary resistance to all mechanical and chemical influences and the highest temperatures. It prints on all flat-head printers on films, but is designed for special label materials on which it achieves exceptional chemical resistance. In keeping with its resistance, it is not very sensitive and requires a high printing energy.

Printing on certain label materials is UL certified.

The T 742 Sw is extremely resistant to smearing, scratching, erasing and peeling with adhesive tape.

Its greatest strength is its excellent resistance to all chemicals, including organic solvents such as acetone, toluene, MEK, as well as petrol, brake fluid, etc. The prerequisite for this top resistance is printing on special label materials:

– Hueck films Hiperprime series
– 3M 92062 (76962) AR MW, PET50 (White PET)
– 3M 92064 (76964) AR MS PET50 (Silver PET)

Very good results are also achieved on the following materials:
– Fasson Transfer PET matt white / silver TopChemRes (white and silver PET)
– Flexcon Thermfilm Chemgard series (white, silver, transparent PET)
– Madico Durafoil (white and silver PET)
– 3M 7870E (white PET)

Our test results were determined on the FLEXcon CHEMGARD series – the best values were achieved by the T 742 Sw on CHEMGARD II MM (silver gloss).
