The most frequently requested sizes of our standard products are kept as ready-to-ship items. They are characterized by exceptionally short delivery times and, if ordered before 12:00 PM, are shipped on the same day.

We offer special widths of a standard roll type in the Compact grades:

• Compact Black: Minimum order quantity of 200 rolls on a 1″ core (lengths from 153 m) and 500 rolls on a ½” core (lengths from 74 m to 100 m).
• Compact Color: Minimum order quantity of 20 rolls.

For special widths, the delivered quantity may slightly differ from the ordered quantity. Please allow for a quantity tolerance of ±10%.

Delivery of special widths is made within a maximum of 10 working days after order placement. Please note that rolls in special widths cannot be returned.

Rolls of a non-standard type, whose length and format are not included in the Compact range, can be custom-made for you. Please contact us to receive a personalized quote.

Upon request, we can provide your order with a custom-designed carton label, tailored entirely to your specifications.

We supply standard products exclusively in full packaging units (PU). The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for black rolls is 1 carton (= 1 PU). Colored Compact Color rolls can already be supplied in quantities starting from 5 rolls.

We work exclusively with resellers (B2B) and always offer our prices as net trade prices. For you, we establish quality-specific prices per m², which can be either fixed or tiered depending on quantity. We differentiate between “standard” ribbon rolls on 1″ cardboard cores (lengths from 153 m) and rolls on ½” cores (lengths up to 100 m), with the latter carrying a higher price for the same ribbon quality.

Depending on the availability of standard products, we guarantee a delivery time of 0 to 5 days:

• Ready-to-ship items: shipped on the same day if ordered by 12:00 PM

• Compact items: delivery within 5 working days

We use the same color-coding system in the product list to indicate the respective delivery times. These delivery times apply to orders of up to 20 cartons per item. For many of our bestsellers, significantly larger quantities are also available at short notice.

We grant you the right of return: Ready-to-ship black items can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery, without giving a reason, in quantities of up to 20 cartons. Returns of all other Compact items require prior agreement. Please note that a handling fee of 10% of the merchandise value will be charged for the associated processing. The goods must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging and will be returned free to our facility upon prior notification.

Rolls of special widths or custom-made rolls are generally excluded from returns.
